03 / WHY DECISIONARY

A better way
to manage delivery.

A development partner should make responsibility clearer—not create another layer of confusion. Our model is designed around the decisions that keep software projects moving.

01

One contractual relationship

Decisionary is positioned as your project delivery counterpart—not merely a directory of freelancers. Responsibilities and acceptance terms are established in writing.

02

Scope before a promise

We review objectives, integrations, constraints, and delivery capacity before confirming an estimate or timeline.

03

The right specialists for the work

Engineering, product, design, and QA capacity is selected and confirmed for each engagement rather than presented as a fixed in-house team.

04

Planned handover and acceptance

Deliverables, review checkpoints, change requests, acceptance criteria, and transition responsibilities are agreed before execution.

04 / HOW WE WORK

From first brief
to working software.

A practical project process that makes scope, capability, delivery, and acceptance clear to every party.

01

Share your brief

Goals, users, current product, budget range, and target timing.

02

Review feasibility

Requirements, dependencies, delivery options, and open decisions.

03

Agree scope & team

Specialists, milestones, exclusions, commercials, and acceptance rules.

04

Build & review

Track progress, changes, testing, and agreed quality checkpoints.

05

Accept & hand over

Validate deliverables, transfer agreed assets, and close the project.

Engagements proceed only after scope, specialist availability, technical fit, commercial terms, and a written statement of work have been confirmed.

05 / FOUNDER EXPERIENCE

Experience where
complexity matters.

Decisionary draws on its founder's track record across multi-stakeholder platforms, product rebuilds, operations, and integrations.

Selected experience from the founder's previous employment and engagements. These are not represented as projects independently contracted and delivered by Decisionary. Client identities and assets are omitted pending publication permission.

06 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before we
get started.

What types of projects are a fit?

Business web applications, platform rebuilds, and API or data integrations with a definable scope. We review the brief first to establish whether a suitable team and delivery plan can be confirmed.

Does Decisionary have a permanent development team?

We use a project-based delivery model. Independent engineering, PM, design, and QA specialists are selected and confirmed for the scope of each engagement; they are not presented as permanent employees.

How do you calculate project pricing?

We estimate after reviewing deliverables, dependencies, acceptance requirements, and specialist capacity. A fixed price or milestone-based structure may be proposed when the scope supports it.

Can you work as our agency's development partner?

Yes. We welcome white-label and agency-led collaboration discussions. Client ownership, confidentiality, delivery responsibilities, and communication boundaries are agreed in advance.

Can you support Korea and East Asia projects?

We are based in South Korea and can explore local coordination where market knowledge and software delivery requirements overlap. Project suitability is evaluated individually.
